“Now that he’s already committed to Roy Williams and North Carolina, what’s next for Nate Britt?
Apparently, lighting up the Gonzaga D.C. Classic was also on the youngster’s list. According to ESPN’s Dave Telep, Britt was the standout player to watch at the event, showing off his athleticism while pouring in 30 points in the opening night game. Rather than let up now that he has his college decision made, he seems to be taking off.
Given his status as one of the best recruits in the 2013 class and the hype surrounding his future as a Tar Heel, it makes sense that Britt would be on everyone’s radar going into the D.C. Classic. The fact that he lived up to the expectations — and may have even exceeded them — is a great sign for the fans in Chapel Hill.”
